Subway (Metroline)
Station Metro Politechnika (exit no. 3) is located 350 m (5 min. walk) away from the event venue.
Tram
Stop GUS is located 450 m (7 min. walk) away from the event venue. Serves lines: 17, 19, 33
Stop Pl. Politechniki is located 250 m (4 min. walk) away from the event venue. Serves lines: 10, 11, 14, 15.
Bus
Stop GUS is located 400–500 m (6–8 min. walk, depending on the direction) away from the event venue.
Stop Metro Politechnika is located 550–650 m (8–9 min. walk, depending on the direction) away from the event venue.
By Bike
Next to the building, there is a bicycle rack.
Veturilo
The Veturilo city bike station is located 350 m (Politechniki Square, 5 min. walk) and 450 m (Armii Ludowej Avenue - Niepodległości Avenue, 7 min. walk) away from the event venue.
By Car
Unfortunately, all parking facilities near the event venue are paid, and parking availability is limited.
The entrance to the parking lot on the Warsaw University of Technology campus is located on Nowowiejska Street, between Politechniki Square and the Institute of Heat Engineering building (No. 21). Parking fees apply according to the Warsaw University of Technology rates.
Parking is also possible along the streets of the Warsaw University of Technology campus (Filtrowa, Nowowiejska, Polna, and Podoskich streets). Parking is paid according to the Warsaw Paid Parking Zone (SPPN) rates.
Due to limited parking availability around the main Warsaw University of Technology campus, we encourage participants to consider alternative modes of transport. If travelling by car, we recommend allowing extra time to find a parking space and walk to the venue.

Getting to Warsaw
By Train
The most convenient railway station is Warszawa Centralna. The venue can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, or by tram lines 10 or 11 (stops: Dworzec Centralny 09 → Plac Politechniki 01).
By Plane
The most convenient route from Warsaw Chopin Airport (IATA: WAW, ICAO: EPWA) is by bus line 188 (stops: Lotnisko Chopina-Przyloty 02 → Metro Politechnika 01).

Registration
Workshop day 25/03
We invite you from 8:30 a.m. to the fourth floor of the Rektorska4 building. Registration takes place in the same room as the classes (combined 4.01 and 4.02), opposite the elevators. The ground floor and the auditorium will host another event.
Please prepare your ticket with a QR code in electronic or paper form.
Workshop participants will receive certificates of participation. Please contact the organizers if you do not receive your certificate before leaving the conference.
Those registered on the first day are asked to bring their badge to the second day of the event and skip re-registration.
Conference day 26/03
We invite you to register from 8:30 AM on the ground floor of the Rektorska 4 building. Registration will take place near the main entrance. After registering and collecting your badge, we invite you for a welcome coffee and to chat with fellow participants and event partners.
Please prepare your ticket with a QR code in electronic or paper form.
If you have not received your tickets via email as a .pdf attachment after registration, please contact us at poland@incose.net.

Additional info
Simultaneous translation
All presentations in the Auditorium will be simultaneously interpreted between Polish and English. Headsets will be available for collection at the hall entrance. As the number of headsets is limited (40 sets), we kindly ask participants to return them to the collection case when leaving the hall and whenever the language of the next presentation changes.
Dress code
There is no set dress code. We advise against strictly formal or strictly semi-formal attire (in the classic sense of the term). We suggest business formal or business casual, and on workshop day, smart casual.
Internet access
Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue. Details will be provided at the conference opening.
Slides from the lecture
Speakers are not obligated to provide slides from their presentations. Lectures will not be recorded. Slides will be made available only upon speaker's request.
